Matthew offers a free initial interview and then pursues all accident cases on either a No Win No Fee basis or pursuant to an existing Legal Expenses Insurance policy:
i. No Win No Fee Agreement – known as Conditional Fee Agreements, this means what it says, i.e. if you succeed we are paid by the opposition in full and if not there is no charge to you in most circumstances. Normally we do not seek to deduct any of our costs from your compensation. If insurance is required Matthew will arrange the same through the Law Society’s approved product and this firm will pay the premium on your behalf.
ii. Insurance – you may already have insurance cover to pursue a personal injury claim. Matthew will check your insurance policies to advise you whether you have such cover for the claim you wish to pursue.
Matthew undertakes all kinds of accident claims from people of all ages and backgrounds. If you are incapacitated, home and hospital visits can be organised in order to take instructions.
