Matthew offers a free initial interview and then pursues all accident cases on either a No Win No Fee basis or pursuant to an existing Legal Expenses Insurance policy:

i. No Win No Fee Agreement – known as Conditional Fee Agreements, this means what it says, i.e. if you are not successful, there is no fee to pay. If you are successful, the defendant will pay your base legal costs but not the solicitor's success fee, which will be deducted from your compensation, but cannot amount to more than 25% of your compensation.

ii. Insurance – you may already have insurance cover to pursue a personal injury claim.  Matthew will check your insurance policies to advise you whether you have such cover for the claim you wish to pursue.
